The liver is a very useful product for the body. If you don't like eating chicken or beef liver on its own, try making liver dumplings.

- - 400 g of liver;
- - 3 onions;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;

- - ground black pepper.

Step 1
Let's start with the test. Sift flour on the table, collect it in a slide, and make a small depression at the top of the slide.

Beat one egg, then pour it into the hole you made in the flour. It is also necessary to pour water there.

Knead the dough. It doesn't have to be cool. Sprinkle the finished dough with flour, cover with a towel and let stand for about an hour.

Let's start making the filling. The liver should be as clean as possible. To do this, you need to remove the film from it and clean it from the bile ducts. Chop it into small pieces and sauté with some of the finely chopped onion until the liver is cooked.
Step 5
Pass the cooled liver through a meat grinder. Add salt and pepper to taste. It is also necessary to add finely chopped onion, sautéed in oil, and chopped greens. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 6
You should already have the dumplings dough ready. Roll it out into a thin layer. Cut round tortillas out of it using an ordinary glass. These are preparations for future dumplings. Put a teaspoon of minced meat on each such piece. Brush the edges of the dough with a beaten egg and combine.
Step 7
Dumplings must be boiled in salted boiling water. They will be ready when they surface.
Step 8
Once they're ready, fold them in a colander and drain off excess water. Serve hot with butter, sour cream, mayonnaise or ketchup.
