Apple soufflé is an unusually delicate fruit dessert that literally melts in your mouth. Most importantly, it is very easy to prepare. This is what I propose to do.
It is necessary
- - medium apples - 5 pcs.;
- - milk - 120 ml;
- - egg whites - 2 pcs.;
- - honey - 1 tablespoon;
- - gelatin - 10 g;
- - lemon juice - 1 teaspoon;
- - vanillin - 1 sachet.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the gelatin into a fairly deep bowl, fill it with milk. Leave to swell for the amount of time indicated on the package.
Step 2
In the meantime, tackle the apples. Cut them into random pieces. If you wish, before this procedure, you can remove the peel from the surface of the fruit. Place the crushed apples in the microwave for about 4-5 minutes. This is necessary in order for them to become soft. If you don't have a microwave, you can use an oven. The only difference is that it will take a little longer.
Step 3
After mixing the egg whites with lemon juice, beat them until you get a mass with a thick white foam.
Step 4
Place the swollen gelatin on the stove and heat it until it is completely dissolved. Enter the resulting homogeneous gelatinous mass, whisking, to a mixture of egg whites and lemon juice.
Step 5
Place the baked apples in a blender bowl and chop until smooth, that is, until puree. Then mix them with vanilla and honey. Whisk everything properly.
Step 6
Combine the apple mixture with the egg mixture. Mix everything until smooth. Place the resulting mass in a previously prepared mold. Put the future dessert in the refrigerator for about 5 or 6 hours, no less. The apple soufflé is ready!
