The cottage cheese-apple soufflé has a very delicate texture. This soufflé is ideal for breakfast, because it contains a lot of milk protein, vitamins, fiber. The dessert has a low calorie content. And most importantly, in this form, cottage cheese is completely unrecognizable!
It is necessary
- - 200 g of non-granular cottage cheese;
- - 1 large sweet apple;
- - 1 egg.
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the apple. You can use the apple with the skin on it, but if you have a waxy coated apple, peel it first.
Step 2
Add cottage cheese, beat in one egg. Stir with a fork. Do not be alarmed if the mass seems thin to you - this is normal.
Step 3
Divide the curd into microwave-safe tins. You can take silicone molds for cupcakes or molds made of plastic, ceramic, glass. Even ordinary bowls will do. You can fill the containers to the very top - the soufflé will not rise during cooking.
Step 4
Place the molds in the microwave for 5 minutes. It is easy to check the readiness of the soufflé - touch the top of the souffle with your finger, if there is a trace of cottage cheese on your finger, then bake for a few more minutes. The top of the soufflé becomes creamy when finished.
Step 5
When serving, you can sprinkle the soufflé with a little cinnamon. The soufflé keeps its shape well, and can be served cold. Stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
