It is necessary

  • - Feta - 100 g;
  • - Hard Russian cheese - 100 g;
  • - Brie cheese (or any other with mold) - 100 g;
  • - Olive oil - 1 glass;
  • - Italian herbs - 1 tablespoon;
  • - Garlic - 5 cloves;
  • - Lemon (zest) - 2 tsp;
  • - Olives - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

Step 1

Let's prepare the marinade. To do this, peel the garlic and pass it through a press.

Step 2

Carefully remove the zest from the lemon without touching the white flesh so that the zest does not taste bitter.

Step 3

In a small container, mix the prepared ingredients: garlic, zest, and spices, and fill everything with olive oil.

Step 4

Cut all types of cheese into small portions, but not too finely. The cheese must be the same size.

Step 5

Put in a beautiful jar in layers: cheese, olives, again cheese, olives, etc.

Step 6

Pour the olive oil and spice marinade over the cheese. Shake the jar lightly several times, turning it up and down.

Step 7

Let the cheese marinate for 12 hours. Serve with toast, vegetables and white wine.
