The recipe for pickled tofu cheese is outrageously simple. The cheese on it turns out to be fragrant, can be served as a full-fledged snack or added to various salads. Such tofu cheese can diversify the lean menu.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 250 g of tofu cheese.
- For the marinade:
- - 100 ml of olive oil;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 1 sun-dried tomato;
- - 1 st. a spoonful of soy sauce, dry herbs;
- - 1 1/2 tbsp. spoons of liquid honey.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to make the tofu marinade. Peel the garlic, finely chop or chop with a garlic press. Cut the sun-dried tomato into smaller pieces too. Combine prepared garlic and tomato with olive oil, soy sauce, liquid honey, juice from 1 lemon. The marinade is ready, let it stand for 5 minutes, infuse.
Step 2
Cut the tofu cheese into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
Step 3
Take a plastic container, pour 1 tablespoon of the fragrant marinade on the bottom. Place the tofu cheese in a single layer in a container, top with a small amount of marinade. Then lay out the tofu layer again, with the marinade on top. In this way, lay out all the cheese and use all the marinade.
Step 4
Close the container with a lid, put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to marinate. If you are preparing pickled tofu in reserve and are not going to use it right away, then keep it in a hermetically sealed container, but no more than 1 week.
