Plain homemade chicken soup
For cooking you will need: chicken carcass, onion, 1 bay leaf, 1 teaspoon of salt.

Cooked soup can be eaten with low-fat cream. When cooking it with rice, you can put hard cheese.
Pumpkin-rice porridge with milk
For cooking you will need: 1 pumpkin, 7 tablespoons of rice, 200 g of skim milk, 30 g of butter, a little salt and sugar.
Peel and cut the pumpkin into small pieces, then cover with water so that the vegetable is completely submerged in the water. Sprinkle with sugar and salt and cook over medium heat. Once the pumpkin is soft, add the rice and continue cooking the porridge. When the water has almost evaporated, add milk. Wait for it to boil, then turn off the heat and cover the pan. Serve hot porridge with a piece of butter.
Easy chicken soufflé
For cooking you will need: 600 grams of chicken breast, 1 egg white, a pinch of salt, 1 piece of stale bread, 100 g of milk, 100 g of noodles.
Boil chicken meat, chop finely into a cup. Add breadcrumb, milk and salt. Chop everything well or whisk in a food processor. Add some herbs for flavor. Spread the noodles into a baking dish, then spread the minced meat in an even layer. Place the soufflé in the oven and cook for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.
Classic stuffed pepper
For cooking you will need: 4 sweet peppers, 250 g of chicken fillet, 2 tablespoons of rice, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 tomato, a little salt.
Chop the chicken fillet, peel the seeds from the pepper, boil the rice. Then you need to make minced meat. To do this, mix the meat with rice. Peel and grate the carrots, finely chop the onion, cut the tomato into slices. Simmer vegetables over low heat until soft. Fill the peppers with minced meat and place in a baking dish. Top with stewed vegetables, add a little water and put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Delicious recipe for fruit and berry jelly
For cooking you will need: 2.5 liters of water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 0.5 kg of fruits and berries (apples, plums, apricots, black currants, raspberries), starch.
Boil the water, add a little sugar, put fruits and berries in it and cook for about 5 minutes. Dissolve the starch in a mug of cold water. Once the fruit is cooked, remove it from the heat and start tossing in the starch. The addition of starch should be done gradually and very slowly. Stir the jelly constantly so that there are no lumps and the consistency is uniform. Cook the drink over low heat for another 5 minutes. Serve warm.
Plain curd pudding
For cooking you will need: 500 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 4 eggs, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of starch, 1, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina, 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream.
Beat the cottage cheese well in a blender to get a soft fluffy mass. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Put the yolks in the curd, mix well. Add sour cream, starch and semolina and beat thoroughly in a blender. Whisk the whites in a separate cup along with the sugar. Gently transfer the resulting foam to the curd mass and stir slowly. Cover the baking dish with parchment, pour the curd mass. Cover the mold with foil and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
Fast steam omelet
For cooking you will need: 1-2 chicken eggs, 1 glass of milk, a pinch of salt.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Separate the whites from the yolks in a separate bowl, we need the whites. Fill them with milk, add salt. Whisk everything well and send it to a multicooker cooking container. For taste, you can use herbs and simple low-fat cheese. Cook the omelet for 15 minutes.
Homemade fish meatballs
For cooking you will need: 350 g of hake fillet, 150 g of white bread pulp, 1 small onion, 1 egg.
Soak the pulp of the bread in milk. Beat the hake fillet, onion and pulp well in a blender. Add egg, salt. Stir the resulting mass until smooth. Make small balls. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil, then place the meatballs in it. Cook for 15 minutes. Serve with rice or baked potatoes.
Vermicelli casserole with meat
For cooking you will need: 350 g of pasta, 450 ml of milk, 350 ml of water, 300 g of meat (beef, veal, chicken), 2 eggs, a little salt.
Boil the meat and mince it. Boil the pasta in milk and water, then discard them in a colander. Stir the noodles, meat and eggs. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and put the pasta in it. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes. For flavor, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
