A beautiful and bright salad with a rich spicy taste. It will pleasantly diversify the festive menu and delight guests. The salad is made in the form of a ladybug, the back can be made of red pomegranate or finely chopped red sweet pepper, it all depends on your preferences.
It is necessary

- - 350 g chicken fillet;
- - 4 things. chicken eggs;
- - 2 pcs. medium beets;
- - 100 g of mayonnaise;
- - 1 PC. large red pomegranate (or pepper);
- - 10 pieces. canned pitted olives;
- - 100 g green onions;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly and cook in salted water. Cool the boiled fillet and cut very finely into neat pieces. Wash the potatoes, boil, cool and rub on a fine grater.
Step 2
Rinse the beets, put in a saucepan with cold water, put on the stove. As soon as the water boils, replace the water with cold water and so on 3-4 times. Cool the boiled beets and rub on a medium grater.
Step 3
On a large beautiful plate, lay out layers of potatoes, beets, chicken fillets in a circle, coat each layer with mayonnaise and salt a little. Wash the pomegranate, peel and disassemble into grains. Make the top layer from pomegranate seeds. Complete the salad dressing with chopped olives and green onions.
