White tea belongs to elite teas and is considered one of the most refined and expensive. When brewed, the taste of white tea is much thinner, and the color varies from pale yellow to slightly reddish, maybe with a slight yellow-green tinge. At the first sip, the drink seems almost tasteless, but subsequently a mild astringency and sweetness of the tea develops in the mouth. An important feature during brewing is the temperature of the water; it should not be too hot, so as not to lose the taste and aroma of the tea.
