To prepare it, we need an Easter mold. So let's get started.

  • Cottage cheese (18%) - 500 gr;
  • Butter - 200 gr;
  • Sugar - 200 gr;
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • Raisins (candied fruits) - to taste;
  • Vanillin to taste.

We take cottage cheese, rub it through a sieve with small holes (you need to rub it so that there are no grains) or pass it through a meat grinder. You should get an air mass. Then the grated cottage cheese, combine with sugar, butter (room temperature), eggs and mix everything with your hands, rubbing. Wipe the entire resulting mass through a sieve again. In consistency, it turns out to be a little watery.

Then add vanillin, raisins (pre-soak the raisins in warm water for half an hour) or candied fruit in a bowl to our mass. Then we take a colander, cover it with gauze in several layers (you need to substitute a bowl under the bottom) and spread the resulting mass on gauze. Cover the mass on top with another piece of gauze, put a plate on top and put it under the press. We take out to a cold place for 7-8 hours. Over time, the excess fluid will drain and our mass will become very elastic. We spread the mass in an Easter form and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
