Chicken liver is a great addition to any side dish. When properly prepared, the dish turns out to be insanely tasty and tender, and it takes a minimum of time to create a culinary masterpiece. Therefore, women should know how to cook chicken liver so that everyone at home will like it.

  • -0.5 kg of chicken liver;
  • -2 large heads of onions;
  • -1 sour apple;
  • - 1 tbsp. l. wheat flour and tomato paste;
  • -½ glass of clean water;
  • - vegetable oil for frying;
  • -salt, black pepper and other spices to taste.

Step 1

To make a chicken liver dish tasty, you need to carefully process the offal. To do this, rinse the liver, remove ugly white streaks, films and other inedible parts.

Step 2

After all the manipulations, you should have 500 g of the product left, so it is initially recommended to take a little more liver. Cut the prepared offal into arbitrary pieces, but do not grind too much.

Remove the husk from the onion, cut the vegetable into thin rings.

Step 4

Now you need to prepare the chicken liver sauce. It is this additive that makes the dish tender and aromatic. To prepare the sauce, wash and peel the apple, grate the fruit on a fine grater.

Add the tomato paste and flour diluted with water to the applesauce. Mix everything well, add spices as desired.

Pour oil into a preheated frying pan, put the prepared onion and fry it until transparent.

Add chicken liver to the vegetable. Fry the offal, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes. Make sure that the chicken liver is fried evenly, no juice should come out of it.

Pour the prepared sauce into the pan, stir the contents of the dishes. Simmer the dish over low heat for about 10 minutes. Do not forget to stir your food.
