Pork baked with pear and spices is very spicy and unusual in taste. This dish will not leave anyone indifferent, and it is prepared simply, although not very quickly.

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the pork (neck or ham) and dry it with a paper towel. It is better to use the fillet chilled, as the dish will turn out to be less aromatic from frozen meat. We cut the meat "accordion" across the direction of the fibers. The pieces should not be wider than 3 centimeters. Rub each piece with salt and spices, and sprinkle with ground coriander on the outside. Leave the meat to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Step 2
Wash the pear, wipe it and cut it into 0.5 cm thick slices, remove the seeds and sprinkle it with spices.
Step 3
We put pear plates between pieces of pork, tie tightly with food twine, put in a deep bowl, fill with red wine and leave for 1, 5-2 hours.
Step 4
After the time has elapsed, lightly squeeze the meat and transfer it to a sheet of foil. We heat the oven to 180 degrees, place a baking sheet in it and bake the pork for 1 hour. At the end of cooking, open the foil and bake until golden brown.
Step 5
If the pear is not at hand, then you can replace it with a tomato with hard cheese (cut the tomato into slices, and the cheese in 0.5 cm slices) or cheese and ham. If the time is very limited, then marinating in wine can be excluded, this will not greatly affect the taste of the finished dish.
