Meat pie is perfect for serving on the table for a celebration. It turns out to be very satisfying and juicy. If it is beautifully decorated, then it will be a real holiday cake!

- - pickled champignons 1 can;
- - hard cheese 50 g;
- - pitted olives 0.5 cans;
- - bread crumbs 1 glass;
- - chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - carrots 1 pc.;
- - sweet pepper 1 pc.;
- - 6 garlic cloves;
- - 1 bunch of parsley;
- - turmeric 1 teaspoon;
- - lemon juice 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - green onions for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat into small thin slices and beat through the film. Pour the liquid from the jar with champignons and olives into a separate bowl, add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Put the meat in the resulting brine and leave for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Grate the carrots on a fine grater and mix with the minced meat. Chop the garlic and herbs and add to the minced meat along with the turmeric and ground breadcrumbs. Season with salt, pepper and stir.
Step 3
Lightly dry the marinated chops and place on the bottom of the baking dish so that the sides are formed. Put 1/3 of the minced meat on top of the meat, then a layer of mushrooms and cover them with 1/3 of the minced meat. Cut the bell peppers into strips and place on top with the olives. Cover everything with the remaining minced meat.
Step 4
Cover the cake with foil and place in the oven for 1.5 hours at 160 degrees. Remove the form from the oven, transfer from the form to a pan or baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve garnished with olives and green onions.
