It is necessary

  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 glass of semolina,
  • 70 ml of vegetable oil,
  • 1 glass of wheat flour
  • 15 grams of butter
  • 1 cup of sugar,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 15 grams of baking powder
  • vanillin to taste
  • currants, blueberries, blueberries, strawberries or raspberries to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

We heat a glass of milk, dissolve 15 grams of butter in it. Add a glass of semolina to the milk and butter and leave for half an hour, let it swell. If you want more airy manna, then leave the semolina to swell for two hours.

Step 2

Beat two eggs with a glass of sugar, add vegetable oil and beat again.

Put prepared semolina with milk in a bowl with beaten eggs. Mix with flour, vanillin (we take the amount of vanillin to taste) and baking powder.

Step 3

Roll the currants in a small amount of flour and add it to the dough. Lubricate the form with oil, sprinkle with semolina. We shift the dough with berries into a mold.

Step 4

We set the baking mode on a multicooker and bake our manna for 70 minutes. You can bake manna in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour. We transfer the finished manna to the grate and leave to cool. Turn the cooled manna over and sprinkle with sugar or vanilla powder. Serve with tea or milk.
