Pasta with stew or minced meat is a very simple, hearty and tasty dish that can be easily cooked in a slow cooker. And without boiling pasta in advance!
The variation of the naval pasta recipe with minced meat presented by me will greatly simplify your life and help you to easily diversify your lunches or dinners.
It is necessary
- - Pasta or medium-sized pasta - 200 grams;
- - Minced meat (chicken or pork-beef) - 350 grams;
- - 1 medium carrot;
- - 1 small onion;
- - 3 tbsp. l. tomato paste or ketchup;
- - 1 Bulgarian pepper;
- - Water;
- - Salt and spices to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, fry them for 5-10 minutes together with finely chopped onions on the "Frying" mode (or "Baking" if there is no "Frying"). Then add the minced meat, finely chopped bell pepper and tomato paste. Cook everything on the "Fry" mode for another 15 minutes, stirring the dish from time to time. At the same time, the lid of the multicooker should be open all the time.
Step 2
After the end of the "Fry" mode, add your favorite spices (I prefer to add a universal mixture) and salt to taste, put the pasta in a bowl and fill everything with water so that it covers all the ingredients by about 0.5 cm. Turn on the "Rice / Cereal" mode (or "Pilaf" mode, it will work too) for 30 minutes. Close the cover.
Step 3
After the signal about the end of cooking, open the lid and stir the resulting dish. Voila, delicious navy-style pasta is ready. Serve hot. You can combine this dish with a light vegetable salad. Don't forget to sprinkle the pasta with tomato sauce or ketchup and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
