Radish and seafood salad

Delicate lettuce and radish leaves contain a large amount of vitamins. In combination with trout and shrimps, such a dish turns out to be amazingly tasty and healthy, moreover, it cooks quickly and can decorate any table. To prepare it you will need:

- 250 grams of trout fillet;

- 200 grams of boiled peeled shrimp;

- 200 grams of radishes;

- 100 grams of green salad.

Prepare for refueling:

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil;

- 1-2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar;

- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice;

- ¼ teaspoon lemon zest;

- 2 pinches of salt.

The most difficult part of this dish is preparing a dressing with lemon, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and pick coarsely with your hands. Cut the trout fillet into thin slices, wash the radish, dry it and cut the halves into thin slices. Now prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, salt, balsamic vinegar, lemon zest and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir until smooth and put the dressing in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, after which it must be removed and filtered.

Put the lettuce on a dish, top with trout slices, shrimp and radish. Pour the dressing over the salad; if you wish, you can add parsley and finely chopped boiled eggs.

Radish and kohlrabi salad

No less tasty, and at the same time a dietary salad of fresh radish, is a dish with the addition of kohlrabi cabbage. Take:

- 1 head of kohlrabi;

- a bunch of radishes;

- 4 hard-boiled eggs;

- a bunch of fresh parsley;

- sour cream to taste (for dressing);

- salt to taste.

Finely chop the boiled eggs or grate them on a coarse grater. Gently peel the head of kohlrabi and grate on a coarse grater along with the radishes.

Choose sour cream of low fat content for this salad, since the calorie content of the prepared dish depends on it.

Rinse the parsley and chop it finely with a sharp knife. Add it to the rest of the ingredients, salt the salad to taste, season with sour cream and mix thoroughly.
