This vegetarian recipe is for sculptors. The dumplings are very unusual: spicy and at the same time tender! The result will amaze you - real bliss!
It is necessary
- For the test:
- Flour - 600 gr
- Milk - 350 ml
- Butter - 70 gr
- Salt - 1 tsp
- For filling:
- Radish - 3 pcs.
- Butter - 80 gr
- Salt to taste
- Spices: asafoetida, black pepper, coriander
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the milk into a deep dish that can be heated on the stove. Add one teaspoon of salt, 3 tablespoons of flour there. Heat the milk on the stove, stirring constantly to remove any lumps.
Step 2
When the milk is hot, add the butter. Stir until glossy. The consistency of the mixture should be similar to sour cream.
Step 3
Remove from heat and cool.

In the meantime, prepare the filling for the dumplings. Grate the radish on a fine grater - it is delicious to use a green radish, black or daikon will also do.
Step 5
Heat butter in a frying pan, add spices: ground black pepper, coriander, asafoetida. Fry the grated radish in oil and spices until tender - it should become soft.
Step 6
When the dough piece has cooled, gradually adding flour, knead the dough for dumplings.
Step 7
Make dumplings. To do this, roll a dough sausage and cut it into small circles. Roll out each circle, place the filling inside, pinch the edges and connect them.
Step 8
Cook the finished dumplings until tender (about three minutes after boiling).
