Easter cakes can be cooked in a slow cooker. The cake will turn out to be not so high, but very tasty. And you won't spend a lot of time preparing it.
It is necessary
- - 1 glass of flour,
- - 1 cup of sugar,
- - 5 eggs,
- - 100 grams of butter,
- - 0.5 cups of raisins,
- - 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - 1 sachet of baking powder (5 grams),
- For glaze:
- - 1 egg white,
- - 150 grams of powdered sugar,
- - a pinch of salt,
- - 10 grams of powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the eggs, add sugar, salt, baking powder and beat for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Melt 90 grams of butter over low heat or in the microwave (20-30 seconds at full power). Pour the melted butter over the beaten eggs and mix well.
Step 3
Add flour to the mixture and stir quickly to prevent lumps from forming. Knead the dough for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Rinse the raisins under hot water and add to the dough.
Step 5
Lubricate the container of the multicooker well with the remaining oil. Pour the dough gently into a bowl and flatten.
Step 6
Set the "Baking" mode to 1, 5 hours. After the beep sounds, do not open the lid for another 10 minutes.
Step 7
Carefully remove the cake from the multicooker and place on a flat plate.
Step 8
Cool the egg whites and beat together with the salt to form a thick foam. Without stopping whipping, add powdered sugar in small portions. After the powdered sugar is finished, beat for about 4 more minutes.
Step 9
Apply the icing to the slightly cooled cake, sprinkle with powder and leave to cool completely.
