Every year, each hostess prepares all sorts of goodies for the festive Easter table, among which there is always cake. This pastry is prepared both in the oven, bread maker, microwave, and in a multicooker. The process of cooking cakes in a multicooker is one of the simplest.

How to cook Easter cake in a multicooker Redmond, Polaris

You will need:

- two teaspoons of dry yeast packaged;

- six eggs;

- 400 ml of milk;

- 200-220 grams of butter;

- a kilogram of flour;

- half a glass of raisins and candied fruits;

- half a vanilla pod;

- 300 grams of sugar.

First, remove all the ingredients for the cake from the refrigerator so that they warm up slightly (eggs, milk, butter should lie at room temperature for at least an hour). Pour milk into a saucepan, add vanillin, yeast, a third of the specified volume of flour, mix and leave for an hour in a warm place. Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt into a strong foam, rub the yolks with sugar until white (make sure there are no grains of sand). Melt the butter. Mix the dough with all the previously prepared ingredients and the remaining flour, cover with a towel and wait until the dough rises twice (this takes about 30 minutes). Wash and dry the raisins. Stir it with candied fruit and add the resulting mixture to the dough and stir. The dough is ready, now roll it into a ball and put it in the multicooker bowl.

For the Redmond multicooker: set the "yogurt" program for 30 minutes, and after the specified time - the "baking" program for an hour.

For the Polaris multicooker: set the heat program for two minutes and leave the dough for 20 minutes. After the specified time, knead the dough on all sides, then set the "bake" mode for one hour. When you hear the signal about the end of cooking, turn the cake and set the "bake" mode again, but for 30 minutes.

How to cook kulich without raisins in a slow cooker

If you do not like raisins (or you simply do not have them available), but really want to cook Easter cake, then you can replace it, for example, with nuts, chopped dried apricots, prunes or even dried berries (of course, you need a little berries and they are required to soak in water until soft). Kulich can be prepared without these additives, you just need to add a little more sugar to the dough than for kulich with raisins.

How to cook a cake without yeast in a slow cooker

There are many recipes for cakes without yeast, but I want to immediately note that such cakes are somewhat different from yeast baked goods, not only in taste, but also in appearance (they look less lush, and with minor deviations in cooking, they can completely fall off).

You will need:

- 1 cup of sugar;

- 2 eggs;

- 1 glass of kefir of any fat content;

- 150 grams of butter;

- 2 cups of flour;

- a bag of baking powder;

- vanillin (a teaspoon or a quarter of a pod);

- raisins (to taste).

For glaze:

- 30 grams of powdered sugar;

- egg white.

Grind eggs with sugar, add melted butter, vanillin, baking powder, raisins and kefir. Mix everything thoroughly. You should end up with a pretty thick mixture. Pour the flour onto the work surface in a slide and start gently pouring the prepared mixture into the middle and stirring. Knead the dough so that you get a lump (watch out, do not hammer the dough, otherwise the baked goods will not rise). Cover the bowl of the multicooker with baking paper (naturally oiled), put the dough in it, set the "baking" mode on the multicooker for 1 hour. Remove the finished cake from the bowl, let cool and cover with icing (powdered sugar mixed with egg white). Decorate your creation with confectionery sprinkles or colorful coconut flakes, if desired.
