It is necessary

  • - small green bell peppers - 7 pcs.;
  • - tomatoes - 5 pcs. or tomato paste - 3-4 tbsp. l.;
  • - cilantro greens - a third of the bunch;
  • - dill - a third of the bunch;
  • - garlic - 2 cloves;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the bell peppers, but you do not need to pull out the stalk. To make the pepper soaked better in the future, make a longitudinal incision on it with a sharp knife from the end to the stalk and dry well.

Step 2

Twist the tomatoes through a meat grinder. You can grate them or puree them with a blender. Rinse and chop cilantro greens and dill. Peel the garlic and chop finely. If you are using tomato paste, take a little less than one glass of water, add a few tablespoons of the paste, and prepare a thick juice.

Step 3

Preheat a skillet and pour vegetable oil into it. When the oil has warmed up well, place the bell peppers in the pan and cover with a lid. Fry the peppers on both sides until golden brown over medium heat. When you turn the pepper, open the lid carefully. Oil may splash heavily.

Step 4

Place chopped cilantro, dill and garlic in twisted tomatoes or tomato juice. Add black pepper and salt to taste. Mix the tomato mass well.

Step 5

Transfer the fried bell peppers from the pan to a separate bowl. Pour tomato paste over it and leave it on the table to infuse. Usually, one or two hours are enough for a dish to be fully prepared. The longer the pepper is soaked, the tastier the snack will be.
