To surprise guests not only with something tasty, but also beautiful, you can bake a pea cheesecake. Its appearance is so unusual that it will be difficult to cut off the first piece to enjoy the taste.
It is necessary
- For the basics:
- - 250 gr. butter biscuits crushed into crumbs;
- - 2 spoons of cocoa;
- - 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- - 50 gr. butter.
- For filling:
- - 450 gr. curd cheese;
- - 100 gr. Sahara;
- - 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract;
- - 240 ml sour cream;
- - 2 large eggs.
- For the chocolate peas:
- - 60 gr. bitter chocolate.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150C. Grease a detachable form with a diameter of 20 cm with oil and cover with baking paper.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the crushed cookies, cocoa and sugar. Fill them with melted butter.
Step 3
Mix thoroughly until smooth, put in a mold and tamp.
Step 4
Beat the curd cheese until an airy cream, gradually add sugar and continue to beat.
Step 5
We drive eggs into the cream one by one. Finally, add vanilla extract and sour cream and beat the cream again. Transfer 120 ml of the finished cream to another dish!
Step 6
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix with 120 ml of cream.
Step 7
Pour the cream into a mold and distribute it evenly. Decorate the cake with chocolate peas using a cooking syringe or bag.
Step 8
We bake the cake for an hour, turn off the oven, then open the door slightly and leave the cake for another 1 hour.
Step 9
Cool down the cooled cake in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
