Many people associate these crispy, tender cookies with childhood: they need the simplest products to prepare them. Therefore, the hostesses often baked cookies on holidays and just like that.

- - 5 tbsp. butter;
- - 0.25 tsp soda;
- - 0.5 tsp lemon juice or vinegar;
- - 2 small eggs;
- - 125 g of sugar;
- - vanillin on the tip of a knife.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs thoroughly with a blender with added sugar. In a spoon, extinguish the baking soda with lemon juice or vinegar and add to the container with beaten eggs.
Step 2
Grate butter in a large bowl on a cold grater (put it in the freezer for half an hour). Sift flour to butter and quickly grind everything into crumbs with your fingertips.
Step 3
Add the beaten eggs and baking soda to the crumb and quickly knead into a tough dough. Divide into 2-3 parts and, wrapping each with cling film, send to the freezer for half an hour.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the meat grinder.
Step 5
Take the dough out of the freezer in parts, free it from cling film and pass through a meat grinder, cutting off the cookies of the desired size using scissors or a knife. Transfer them to a baking sheet and put in the oven until tender, for 12-15 minutes.
