- - a bunch of basil
- - olive oil - 150 grams
- - Parmesan cheese - 50 grams

Step 1
Cooking the sauce. We wash the basil in cold water. We put basil, nuts, olive oil, garlic in a blender. Whisk. Then add Parmesan to the mixture. Beat again. Here you need to know when to stop. Do not beat too much. The sauce should not be airy, but rather rough.

Cooking salad. Cut the red onion into thin rings. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. If you have mozzarella in the form of small circles, then cut it in half. If the mozzarella is in the form of a large piece, then cut into cubes.
