  • - Hard cheese - 80 g;
  • - Bacon - 10 slices;
  • - Red and yellow bell peppers - 1 pc.;
  • - Garlic to taste;

  • - Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;

  • - Salt;
  • - Pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the peppers, bake for about an hour in the oven at 190 degrees. In order for them to bake on each side, they must be constantly turned over. Put the baked peppers in a bag and leave to lie down for 10 minutes. Peel the peppers, cut the pulp into strips.

Step 2

Beat off the chicken fillet - the shape should be as close to the rectangle as possible. Place 5 bacon slices in a row on a rectangle. They should be arranged so that one edge overlaps the other, the area should be slightly larger than a piece of chicken meat. Place this piece on top of the bacon.

Step 3

The resulting structure must be salt, pepper, spread with chopped garlic and vegetable oil. Sprinkle everything with herbs, put strips of pepper, pieces of cheese.

Step 4

Bacon with chicken meat is rolled up and tied with thread. Do the same with the second piece of fillet.

Step 5

Heat a frying pan and fry the rolls in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then put them in a baking dish, put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Keep in the oven for about a quarter of an hour. Cool the roll before serving and cut into slices.
