One of the dishes that turn out to be elegant and inexpensive is chicken roll. You can choose any ingredients, so chicken rolls are perfect for both guests and the family table - they can combine all the favorite products of the household. You don't need any special culinary skills to prepare it.

You will need a kilogram of chicken fillet, 30 g of gelatin, a couple of pinches of paprika and 3 cloves of garlic, salt and ground pepper to taste, herbs.

Cut the fillet into cubes, remove the fat. Place the pieces of meat in a bowl. Combine loose seasonings (pepper, salt, and others) and sprinkle on the sliced meat. Chop the garlic, add there along with gelatin and pre-chopped herbs. Mix everything until smooth.

Place the contents of the bowl in a baking sleeve. Fold it over to form a roll. Secure with clamps at the edges. Turn on the oven and preheat to 180 degrees.

Put the roll in the oven for 50 minutes. After you take it out, let the meat cool down. A slightly warm roll, without taking it out of the sleeve, put it in the refrigerator, there it should be for about 3 hours. Then it is served on the table, cut into slices.

You can also add pieces of vegetables, nuts to the filling, change the composition of spices. When serving, you can put the sauce in a separate bowl.
