And all because they have excellent taste, after baking in the oven, they have an appetizing and colorful appearance. Such a fish is prepared in a fairly short period of time. It is necessary
- a mixture of peppers;
- skinless salmon fillet - 350 g;
- béchamel sauce;
- vegetable oil;
- boiled potatoes.

Step 1
If you can't buy salmon fillets, cut the fish yourself. Make a longitudinal incision in the abdomen and gut. Next, cut off the tail and head, later you can use these parts to prepare the ear.

Rinse the fish, use paper towels to dry it. Carefully separate the skin from the pulp, remove all bones. Divide the resulting fillet into portions. Season with pepper and salt.

Grease a saucepan or dish with butter, lay out the pieces of potatoes and salmon. Pour the baking sauce on top of the dish. Preheat the oven to 200 oC and place the salmon in there and bake for 20 minutes.

After the allotted time, take out the salmon baked in the oven and serve it hot along with a side dish of buckwheat or rice. The fish will turn out to be quite spicy and juicy, so there is no great need for additional sauce.
