The dish turns out to be very tasty, but it looks just great. This dish can be served on a festive table or just a family dinner.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg salmon fillet;
- - 4-5 potatoes;
- - 6-8 pcs. cherry tomatoes;
- - 1 stalk of celery;
- - 1 onion;
- - a mixture of aromatic hot peppers, rosemary, salt to taste;
- - 4-5 tbsp. olive oil (can be replaced with vegetable oil).
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the potatoes, cover with water and boil in their uniform. Do not bring it to readiness. Drain the potatoes and let cool. Cut the fish fillets into large pieces. Rub salt and pepper into the fish and let it brew for half an hour.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes, core them and cut into plastics. Cut the peeled onion into half rings or quarters if the onion is large. And chop the celery into thin slices. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut into plastics.
Step 3
In a deep bowl, gently stir the potatoes and grated rosemary, season with oil and add a little salt. Good, but gentle, stir the mixture.
Add tomatoes, onions and celery and stir again.
Step 4
Place the potatoes on the bottom of the baking sheet and spread the fish fillets on top. Put in the oven to cook for half an hour. You need to bake the dish at 180 degrees.
