It is necessary

  • - 800 g of lamb;
  • - 80 g of vegetable oil;
  • - 90 g tomato puree;
  • - 300 g eggplant;
  • - 500 g of potatoes;
  • - 150 g of carrots;
  • - 1 bunch of parsley;
  • - 120 g onions;
  • - 100 g flour;
  • - 250 g sweet pepper;
  • - 1 can of green peas;
  • - 6-7 cloves of garlic;
  • - spices, salt, pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Salt, pepper and fry the lamb pieces until a crust forms. Then fill with broth or water, add tomato puree and simmer for half an hour.

Step 2

Cut the eggplants in half, remove the seeds, salt and let stand for 30 minutes. Then we squeeze, dry and cut them into cubes, and then fry.

Step 3

Cut carrots, parsley, potatoes and onions into cubes and fry.

Step 4

Dry the flour, cool slightly and dilute with part of the broth formed when stewing the meat. Stir everything well.

Step 5

Pour the diluted flour sautéing into the lamb stew, add the fried carrots, onions and parsley and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Then we throw in fried potatoes, eggplants, cut into pieces, scalded bell peppers and simmer again until tender.

Step 6

5-7 minutes before cooking, add spices, green peas, crushed garlic, salt.
