Chicken meat is a delicate dietary product. It cooks relatively quickly and goes well with any side dish. Use one of the following recipes for the Lemon Chicken. Wash 1 lemon. You can put it in the belly of the chicken whole or cut into slices. Place the chicken in a thick-walled saucepan.

Rinse 1 cup of rice in multiple waters. Spread it evenly in a saucepan around the chicken. Pour 2.5 cups of water there, lightly salt and cover the pan with a lid.

Place the chicken in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cook the poultry for 1, 5-2 hours, depending on the size.

Chicken with lemon in sour cream sauce will turn out delicious. To prepare this dish, cut the poultry into portions and rinse them.

Wash the lemon and cut it into slices. Remove the bones.

Arrange the chicken pieces in one row in a saucepan. Season them with a little salt and sprinkle with black pepper. Pour about 100 grams of sour cream over the chicken. Place 3-4 lemon slices on top. Repeat the layers in the same order one more time. After filling the saucepan, place 50 grams of butter, cut into small pieces, on top.

Place the dish with chicken in sour cream sauce over high heat, cover it with a lid. Bring the contents of the saucepan to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer the chicken until tender over low heat for 40-50 minutes.
Step 10
For a side dish, cook boiled pasta, rice, buckwheat or mashed potatoes. Place the garnish on a plate and place the chicken pieces next to it. Pour the sour cream sauce over the saucepan and serve. Sprinkle chopped fresh herbs over the dish if desired.
