Fragrant pastries in the form of sandbreads are ideal for both tea drinking and breakfast, it will take less than an hour to prepare.
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 350 g;
- Powdered cocoa - 3 teaspoons;
- Granulated sugar - 150 g;
- Milk - 60 ml;
- Powdered sugar - 40 g;
- Orange zest;
- Chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
- Vanillin - 10 g;
- Cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon.
Preparation:
- Break chicken eggs into a deep bowl, add granulated sugar, beat thoroughly with a mixer or blender with a special nozzle until a homogeneous airy consistency is formed.
- Pour the required amount of flour into the same container with a pea, on top of which form a hole, put beaten chicken eggs, vanilla sugar and soft butter there.
- Mix the ingredients, rub the butter thoroughly with your hands and knead a tender dough. Divide the finished dough into 2 equal parts.
- Dissolve the milk with cocoa powder, put the mixture in a layer from one half of the dough, knead until smooth.
- In the second half of the dough, add the orange zest with cinnamon, mix thoroughly.
- Divide each type of dough into medium-sized pieces, roll them into balls.
- Form long, thin sausages from each ball, grease each ball a little with a softened piece of butter.
- Weave the finished sausages, one from each type of dough, with each other.
- Pre-treat the baking dish with the remains of butter, after which you can put the future baked goods on it and season it with powdered sugar, let it brew in a warm place for 10 minutes.
- Sand braids are baked quite quickly, about 15 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees. Serve hot or cold.
