Sesame braids are very easy to make. If you do not regret the time to prepare this pastry, then enjoy delicious and aromatic bread.

- - water - 350 ml;
- - wholemeal flour - 300 g;
- - wheat flour - 200 g;
- - sesame seeds - 50 g;
- - fresh yeast - 10 g;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wholemeal, otherwise it is also called wholemeal flour, mix with wheat. Add fresh yeast to this flour mixture. After stirring the mass until a small crumb is formed, add water along with salt there. Lay it to your liking. After kneading a homogeneous dough, form a ball-shaped shape out of it and place in warm, covered with a tea towel on top, for about one hour.
Step 2
After placing the enlarged dough on the prepared work surface, divide it so that you end up with 12 equal pieces. Form everything into a spherical shape and do not touch for 5 minutes.
Step 3
After 5 minutes, turn all the balls rolled from the dough into rectangular figures. After cutting the rectangles formed into 3 equal strips, braid a pigtail from the dough.
Step 4
Roll the dough pigtails greased with a little water in the sesame seeds. In this state, place on the prepared baking dish, cover with a towel and leave to proof for three quarters of an hour, that is, 45 minutes.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 250 degrees. After sprinkling the walls of the oven with a small amount of water, reduce its temperature to 220 degrees and cook braids with sesame seeds in it for 10-15 minutes.
Step 6
After the time has elapsed, remove the pastries from the oven and let them cool completely at room temperature. Sesame braids are ready!
