Step 1
Chicken meat must be thoroughly washed, dried with napkins and cut along the fibers in long thin strips.

Put turmeric in the first pan, and add paprika in the second and mix thoroughly.

Then put the pots with chicken meat in the refrigerator for about two hours, but you can also overnight.

On a flat surface, put pieces of chicken of the same color parallel to each other. After that, weave them with pieces of a different color, trying to connect them to each other as tightly as possible.

Using a spatula, carefully move the finished braids into a thoroughly preheated frying pan and fry on both sides.
