  • • 1 orange (for decoration).

Step 1

First you need to prepare walnuts. They should be fried in a skillet without using oil. You need to fry very little. Then they are transferred to a cup and allowed to cool.

After that, you need to break the eggs into a deep cup, while separating the yolks from the whites (you need whites).

You will need to grind the cooled nuts thoroughly using a blender.

Pour a little salt into the proteins, and then beat everything with a mixer. After that, you need to add granulated sugar and pre-sifted flour, but this should be done gradually. Then beat everything thoroughly into a lather.

After that, chopped nuts must be added to the whipped proteins. Beat for a long time, until the mixture acquires a thick, creamy consistency.
