Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour with cocoa and baking powder. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, and rub the butter with powdered sugar. Mash the yolks with 50 g of sugar and salt.

Pour chocolate into the butter, and then the yolks. Add flour.

Whisk the egg whites with 50 g of sugar. Stir in the egg and sugar mixture into the resulting dough.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Fill a baking dish with the biscuit dough and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Step 5
Let's start making orange cream. Whisk the cottage cheese, orange zest and powdered sugar in a blender. Whip the cream using a mixer. Whisk the cream until it thickens. Cut the orange pulp into cubes and add to the cream.
Step 6
Cool the finished biscuit and cut it into 3 layers.
Step 7
Combine orange juice and 60 g sugar, bring to a boil and add liqueur. Saturate the cakes with this mixture.
Step 8
Put the first half of the cream on the first cake, what remains on the second. If you want to make the sides, then cut the finished cake into 4 layers. In this case, make more impregnation so that you can glue the sides and layers with it.
