- - mascarpone (cream cheese) - 250 g

Instructions
Step 1
Grind dark chocolate into small slices and melt them in a water bath. Cool the resulting mass a little. Combine butter, half cooked granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Beat everything with a mixer. Then stir in the eggs. Sift flour and baking powder mixed together on top. Mix everything again. Add melted chocolate to the resulting dough. You should get a homogeneous mass.
Step 2
Grease a springform baking dish with oil and flour. Pour the dough into it. Bake for a little less than half an hour at 175 ° C. Then remove from the oven and leave to cool.
Step 3
It's time to do the cream. To do this, peel the oranges, remove the film. Chop the pulp of two oranges into small pieces.
Step 4
Soak gelatin in cold water. Whilst soaking, combine the curd, remaining sugar, mascarpone, and spices. Beat all this with a mixer for several minutes. Then squeeze out the gelatin, heat over low heat and combine with two tablespoons of cream. Now add to all the cream. Add orange slices here. Fill the mold with the cooled crust with orange cream and refrigerate for three hours.
Step 5
Peel the remaining orange, cut it into slices. Remove the cooled cake from the refrigerator, free it from the mold, sprinkle it with cocoa, garnish with an orange.
