It is necessary

  • • 3 carcasses of fresh or frozen hake;
  • • 50 g of hard cheese;
  • • 1 medium-sized carrot;
  • • half a lemon;
  • • 2 young zucchini;
  • • 250 g broccoli;
  • • 2 small bunches of fresh herbs;
  • • 1 large onion head.

Instructions

Step 1

First thing you need to do is prepare the fish. All scales, as well as the insides, should be removed from it. Then the carcass must be rinsed in running water. After that, the fish is thoroughly dried, for this you can use paper towels or napkins. After that, the fish is cut into medium-sized pieces and folded into a deep cup.

Step 2

Rinse the greens in running water and wait until excess water drains from it. Then it is finely chopped with a sharp knife.

Step 3

Squeeze all the juice from half of the lemon and pour it into the chopped greens. Mix everything and pour the resulting mixture over the fish. Add salt to taste. Cover the hake and let it marinate for a third of an hour.

Step 4

You need to remove the husk from the onion, and rinse it in cold water. Then the onion is cut into small cubes. Remove the peel from zucchini and carrots. Then these vegetables must be chopped on a coarse grater.

Step 5

If you are using frozen broccoli, thaw them first. This should be done at room temperature. Fresh broccoli should be rinsed and allowed to drain.

Step 6

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add prepared onions, broccoli, zucchini and carrots there.

After the hake is marinated, it will need to be laid out on top of the vegetables. Then you should tightly close the lid of the multicooker and set the "Extinguishing" mode.

Step 7

The dish should be cooked within 45 minutes. After 15 minutes remain until the dish is ready, you need to add cheese pre-chopped on a coarse grater into it.
