A pie is a baked product made from tender rolled dough with different fillings. Pies can be sweet or not sweet. The filling can be vegetables and meat or fruits and berries. It is better to prepare a sweet cake for tea, for example, chocolate, apricot or apple-cherry.
Chocolate pie
Ingredients:
- 1 glass of flour;
- a glass of sugar;
- 100 g of melted butter;
- 4 egg yolks;
- 70 g of chocolate;
- juice from half a lemon;
- a pinch of vanillin.
Mash the egg yolks with sugar and lemon juice to white, beat until lather. Pour in the sifted flour, add butter, knead the dough. Put the finished dough in a greased dish, put in a preheated oven, bake at a moderate temperature until tender. Remove the finished cake from the mold, cool, cover with melted dark chocolate, let it set.
Apple Cherry Pie
Ingredients:
- 3 apples;
- 4 eggs;
2 1/2 cups fresh cherries
- 2 1/2 cups milk;
- 1/2 cup sugar;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour, butter;
- 2 egg yolks;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Rinse the cherries, remove the pits. Peel the apples, remove the cores, cut into cubes, lay out in a mold, cover with cherries. Beat eggs and yolks with sugar until smooth, fluffy mass, add melted butter, beat, adding flour, pour in milk. Pour the dough over the fruit, put the mold in the oven, bake for 40 minutes at 190 degrees. Let the pie stand for five minutes, put on a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar, immediately serve with tea.
Apricot pie
Ingredients:
- 750 g apricots;
- 3 1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- 2 eggs;
- 1/2 glass of milk;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- 1 1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of vanillin.
Sift the flour into a deep bowl, make a depression, pour in the beaten eggs, mix, you should get a thick dough. Add milk with vanilla to make the dough soft and elastic. Rinse the apricots, divide into halves, remove the seeds. Grease the pan with oil, place in the oven for two minutes, remove, lay the apricot halves, cut down. Pour the dough over the fruit, put the dish in the oven, bake for half an hour. Put the finished product on a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into portions. Serve with sour cream, ice cream, or whipped cream.
