When garlic dumplings are being prepared at home, the amazing aroma of fresh baked goods and the delicious smell of garlic are just crazy! Pampushki will be a great addition to delicious borscht. You can also serve them with butter and cheese for tea.
- 1 tbsp. wheat flour,
- 3/4 Art. water,
- 1 tsp dry yeast,
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil,
- 3 pcs. eggs,
- a pinch of salt.
For the sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil,
- salt to taste.
Knead the dough for garlic donuts - dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water, add sugar, vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, eggs, sift the flour through a sieve, knead the dough well and put in a warm place, let the dough come up and knead.
After the dough comes up, roll balls about 4 cm in diameter out of it for the second time, put them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, and leave to come up.
After the donuts increase in size, grease them with a beaten egg and send them to the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Then we take out the donuts from the oven, cover with a clean towel and leave to cool completely.
For the sauce - pass the garlic through a press and rub it with salt. We introduce vegetable oil and 1 tbsp. l. cold water, mix everything until smooth.
We put the pampushki in a container with sauce, roll them properly and leave to soak. Ready-made donuts can be served at the table.
