Tofu is a bean curd, it is formed during the clotting process of soy milk. Tofu goes well with a wide variety of ingredients.
- 250 g tofu,
- 2 pcs. eggs,
- 50 ml. milk,
- 1/2 pcs. sweet red bell pepper,
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 2 tbsp. l. butter,
- salt, ground black pepper, parsley, dill to taste.
Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in butter. Add diced bell peppers, finely chopped green onions, salt and lightly fry with the tofu. Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper and pour the resulting mixture of tofu with vegetables. Bring to readiness like a regular omelet. Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.
- 200 gr. tofu,
- 50 gr. butter,
- 1 egg,
- parsley leaves for serving.
Cut the tofu into small 1 cm thick slices, spread with butter, put circles of hard-boiled egg on top and garnish with parsley leaves.
- 200 gr. tofu,
- 8 tbsp. l. orange juice
- 8 tbsp. l. mango pulp,
- 4 apples, cut into pieces,
- 4 tbsp. l. chopped walnuts.
Mix all ingredients and grind in a blender (leaving 1 tablespoon of nuts). First grind at low speed, then increase the speed and bring the mixture to a homogeneous mass. Pour into glasses, garnish with the remaining nuts and serve.
