Zatiukha soup is a delicious soup according to an old Russian recipe. It turns out to be thick, rich, mouth-watering and very satisfying. The most important ingredient is paste, a mixture of flour and eggs.
It is necessary
- - 150 grams of chicken meat;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 100 grams of carrots;
- - 6-7 tbsp. flour;
- - 100 grams of onions;
- - 400 grams of potatoes;
- - 2 bay leaves;
- - vegetable oil;
- - pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the broth. To do this, boil the chicken in 1.5 liters of salted water, then remove the meat.
Step 2
Prepare the paste: beat the egg into the container, add 2 tbsp. water, shake slightly.
Step 3
Pour flour into another dish.
Step 4
Dip your hands first into the egg, then into the flour. Rub vigorously with your hands over a plate where small pieces of flour will be poured. Continue actions until the egg runs out.

Pour the flour chunks into a sieve or colander, shake slightly so that the excess flour pours out.

Peel the onion and chop it finely.
Step 7
Peel the carrots, grate.
Step 8
Fry the onions in vegetable oil.

Add carrots, stir and fry for another 10 minutes.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Bring the broth to a boil, add pepper and bay leaves. Add potatoes, cook for about 15 minutes.

Add carrots sauteed with onions.

Add the paste, cook for 10 minutes.

Beat the second egg lightly. And pour it gradually into the pot while stirring the soup.
