Sushi is a popular dish not only in Japan but also in Korea. This dish, unusual for our cuisine, is easy to prepare and very tasty. Nori leaf, made from seaweed, contains many nutrients and minerals. And stuffed with rice, salmon and Korean carrots, it turns into delicious Korean sushi.

It is necessary

  • - rice (150 g);
  • - sesame oil (1 tsp);
  • - garlic (1 clove);
  • - Korean carrots (50 g);
  • - salmon (100 g)
  • - nori sheet (1 pc.);
  • - cucumber (1/2 pc.).

Instructions

Step 1

For real sushi, the preparation of rice is important. Rinse round rice under water, rubbing it with your fingers several times. Cook rice in salted water, put it in a colander and rinse again with water.

Step 2

Add sesame oil and garlic to the rice, leave for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Salmon is bought lightly salted and does not require preliminary preparations.

Step 4

Place the nori sheet on a flat, clean surface. In the central part we distribute the rice, which takes up 2/3 of the sheet (we leave free space at the edges).

Step 5

Put pieces of salmon on top of the rice, surrounding it with Korean carrots. Add thin cucumber straws.

Step 6

Gently roll the nori sheet into a tube (tight, but not breaking the sheet) and leave the dish to soak for 10 minutes. After the specified time, we divide the tube into portioned pieces and get ready-made sushi.
