The bacon is cut into small slices; when strung on a skewer, it will alternate with meat and onions. In addition, you can use vegetables. The next step is to string the meat and lard onto a skewer for subsequent frying. There must be fat along the edges of the skewer.

Baking a kebab

After the meat is strung, they directly begin to bake the kebab. But before that, in about half an hour, you will need to preheat the oven, since it is in it that this dish will be prepared. The optimum temperature is 250 ° C. You will need to fry the kebab on the wire rack.

There will be a baking sheet under it, on which you will first need to put pieces of bacon. The baking sheet is wrapped in foil, on which a small amount of bacon is placed. It will be needed in order to determine the readiness of the kebab and so that it smells like a haze. After that, a grate is placed over the baking sheet, and skewers with kebabs are placed on it.

As you cook, you will need to check the readiness of the dish more than once. Baking in the oven is uneven, that is, the top is fried first, and then the bottom. After the top is browned, you need to turn the kebab over to the opposite side. After some time, the bacon on the baking sheet will begin to melt and give off smoke, this is the first sign that the kebab is almost ready.

To give it more flavor, it is recommended to prepare a sauce from fresh tomatoes with the addition of tomato paste in advance. The kebab is ready. Thus, we can conclude that it is very easy to bake a kebab in the oven, for this you do not need to have large skewers and make a fire.
