A truly wonderful invention - the microwave oven! You can cook completely different dishes in it, including pizza. This is despite the fact that traditionally pizza is cooked in an oven over an open fire. However, when cooked in the microwave, this popular dish is just as delicious. The recipe for its preparation may be different. The set of ingredients is limited only by the imagination of the chef. The proposed option can be used along with many others.
It is necessary
- - 6 tablespoons flour; 5 tbsp warm milk;
- - 0.5 tsp dry yeast; 1 tbsp vegetable oil;
- - 1 tbsp. mayonnaise; 1 egg; 3 smoked sausages;
- - 2 tomatoes; 1 sweet pepper; 1 onion;
- - 2 pickled mushrooms; 1 tbsp canned green peas;
- - 1 tbsp. grated cheese; ground black pepper; dill greens; salt.
Instructions
Step 1
We dilute the yeast in a small amount of warm milk, put a little flour, mix and leave the mass in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Then add the remaining flour, milk, eggs, salt and vegetable oil.
Step 2
Cut the sausages lengthwise, onions and bell peppers - into slices, mushrooms - into cubes.
We roll out the dough into a layer and place it in a mold, making small sides along the edges.
Lubricate the resulting cake with mayonnaise, lay out mushrooms, bell peppers, onions in layers. Then sausages and green peas. Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese and ground pepper on top, then herbs.
Step 3
We expose the average power of the microwave oven and bake for 20 minutes.
