It is necessary

- 1.kefir - 200 milliliters;
- 2. eggs - 3 pieces;
- 3. sugar - 2 cups;
- 4. sour cream - 200 grams;
- 5. flour - 6 spoons;
- 6. soda - 1 teaspoon;
- 7. milk - 120 milliliters;
- 8. cocoa - 2 spoons;
- 9. butter - 1 spoon;
- 10. vanillin - not for everybody.
Instructions
Step 1
Mash eggs with sugar and vanilla, pour in kefir, add flour, soda, quenched with vinegar. Mix. Divide the dough in two. Add cocoa powder to one part. Put the dough into molds, bake two cakes in the oven.
Step 2
Cut the white crust into cubes. Dip each cube in sour cream. The cream is prepared as follows: beat the sour cream and sugar with a mixer.
Step 3
Grease the chocolate cake with cream, put the cubes on top of it.
Step 4
Prepare the icing. To do this, pour milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add sugar, cocoa, cook for four minutes. Add butter and cook for another three minutes.
Step 5
Fill the cake with the resulting icing. Instead of icing, you can simply sprinkle grated chocolate on the finished cake. Bon Appetit!
