For the test:

- 4 eggs;

- 1 glass of sour cream;

- 1 cup of sugar;

- 1 tbsp. cocoa;

- 2 cups of flour;

- 1 tsp soda, quenched with vinegar.

For the cream:

- 450 g sour cream 25% fat;

- 150 softened butter;

- 1, 5 cups of powdered sugar;

- 70 g of raisins;

- 100 g of walnuts.

For glaze:

- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;

- 3 tbsp. cocoa spoons;

- 4 tablespoons milk;

- 150 g butter.

For coating:

- 100 apricot jam.

How to make dough and bake cakes

Start making your chocolate cake with dough. Pour sugar and cocoa into flour, add sour cream, soda, quenched with vinegar. Place the yolks of four eggs. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Add a few grains of salt to the whites, beat until stable peaks - the mass should not pour or drip from the mixer blades. Insert the proteins into the dough, mix gently.

Grease a baking dish with a piece of butter or ghee. If there is no non-stick coating in the container, sprinkle the bottom and sides with a little flour, and lay out the dough. Place the dish in the oven, which is already at 190 ° C, bake for 30 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.

Remove the mold, cover it with a tray or large wooden board, and turn the container over. Use a sharp long-bladed knife to cut the baked dough into 4 cakes. Let them cool down for a while, you will have time to prepare the cream.

How to assemble a cake

Pre-pour the raisins with boiling water for 15 minutes, chop the nuts with a crush, turning them into small pieces. Put sour cream in butter, beat. Add powdered sugar, nuts, raisins, beat for another 30 seconds at low speed.

Start collecting the cake. Put the bottom cake on a platter, sprinkle it with jam, put the second cake on top. It needs to be lubricated with cream. With the third layer, do even more interesting - cut it into 3x3 pieces. Dip each in the cream, put on the second layer in its place so that the third cake is a single whole.

It is not necessary to remember how the pieces of the fourth layer (which you also cut in the same way) lay. Dip them in cream, place on top of the cake randomly, but in the form of a slide.

Put all the icing ingredients in a small saucepan, place it on the steam bath, stirring and dissolve the contents. Let the frosting cool until warm, pour over the cake. The Curly Pinscher is ready. After it has been in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, you can taste it.
