  • - 4 tablespoons of canned red beans:
  • - 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce;
  • - 2 tablespoons of red sweet pepper sauce;
  • - 4 tablespoons of grated mazzarella;
  • - 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the dough. Combine flour, salt and yeast in a heated bowl. Make a hole in the center of the slide, pour in warm water and olive oil. Knead a soft dough.

If desired, knead the dough by hand or in a stand mixer with hook attachments for 5 minutes. As a result, a homogeneous elastic dough should be learned.

Spread the fried minced meat with beans in an even layer and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the pizzas for 20-25 minutes, until the dough is browned and the cheese begins to bubble. Sprinkle fresh thyme over the pizzas and serve.
