Pizza and Mexican American-Mexican Bean Stew with Chili and Meat (Chili non parnet) are two of the most popular dinners in many homes. By combining these dishes into a duo, you have a treat that will delight the whole family.
It is necessary
- For 2 pizzas with a diameter of 20.5 cm
- For the test:
- - 175 g flour + for kneading;
- - ¼ teaspoon of salt;
- - 1 teaspoon dry yeast;
- - 150 ml of warm water;
- - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- For filling:
- - 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 1 small onion;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 250 g minced lean beef;
- - 2 teaspoons of chili powder;
- - 4 tablespoons of canned red beans:
- - 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce;
- - 2 tablespoons of red sweet pepper sauce;
- - 4 tablespoons of grated mazzarella;
- - 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Combine flour, salt and yeast in a heated bowl. Make a hole in the center of the slide, pour in warm water and olive oil. Knead a soft dough.
Step 2
If desired, knead the dough by hand or in a stand mixer with hook attachments for 5 minutes. As a result, a homogeneous elastic dough should be learned.

Transfer the dough back to the bowl, cover with cling film and place in a warm place until it doubles in volume (about 1 hour).

Take care of the stuffing. Peel and finely chop the onion and crush the garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic over low heat until soft. Add minced meat, mash large pieces with a spoon, add chili powder and mix well.
Step 5
Increase heat to medium and grill the minced meat, stirring frequently, until brown. Drain the beans and rinse them. Remove skillet from heat and stir in beans.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Heat both lightly oiled baking sheets in the oven. Transfer the dough to a floured board and knead for 2-3 minutes. Divide the dough in half and roll each piece into a 20.5 cm circle.
Step 7
Remove the hot baking sheets from the oven, transfer the rolled dough circles onto them and place in a warm place for 10 minutes. Brush the dough with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, stir in the tomato and pepper sauces, and spread over the dough.
Step 8
Spread the fried minced meat with beans in an even layer and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the pizzas for 20-25 minutes, until the dough is browned and the cheese begins to bubble. Sprinkle fresh thyme over the pizzas and serve.
