Chili con carne is a dish for thrill-seekers. The main ingredients for making this goulash are chili peppers and meat, so the dish is distinguished not only by its piquancy, but also by its satiety.

- - 2 heads of onions
- - 300 g of broth with pieces of meat (beef or pork)
- - 3 chili peppers
- - 1 bell pepper
- - 300 g canned tomatoes
- - 1 stalk of celery
- - ground paprika
- - ground cumin
- - 150 g canned corn
- - 150 g canned red beans

Step 1
Chop the onion and garlic. Drain any liquid from canned beans and corn. Chop or dice the bell peppers, celery and chili peppers. Combine all cooked ingredients.
Step 2
Fry the pieces of beef in vegetable oil. It is necessary to cook the meat until it turns into a homogeneous mass and becomes crumbly. Stir in the pre-prepared mixture of pepper, corn and beans to the contents of the pan 3 minutes before cooking.
Step 3
Cut the canned tomatoes into small cubes and combine with the contents of the pan. Simmer the mixture for 2-3 minutes, then pour in the broth and continue to cook the dish for 20 minutes over low heat.
Step 4
Add salt, black pepper and a wig as desired. Add a small amount of caraway seeds to the dish before serving. You can decorate the goulash with parsley or green onion pods.
