It is unlikely that you and your friends have ever tasted peach gin and even with chili. In addition to these components, dry vermouth and salt are added to the drink - it turns out very original.
It is necessary
- - 12 slices of fresh peach;
- - 3 chili peppers;
- - 1 1/2 glasses of vodka or gin;
- - 12 teaspoons of dry white vermouth;
- - salt, ice.

Step 1
Take six martini glasses, fill them with ice, then pour in plain water. Wait until the glasses are icy (about 5 minutes). An easier way to cool glasses is to put them in the freezer for a while.

Rinse the chili pepper, peel off the "entrails", cut into thin strips.

Rinse the peaches, wipe dry, cut into large enough slices, remove the seeds. Skewer with 2 slices of peach and a strip of chili. Sprinkle lightly with salt.

Fill each glass with 2 teaspoons of vermouth, shake the glasses in a circular motion so that the drink envelops the walls, then drain most of the vermouth.
