This salad is obtained original due to soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar. And thanks to the beef tongue, the dish immediately becomes much more satisfying. Chinese Tongue Salad can be served as a full meal.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 300 g of boiled beef tongue;
- - 250 g of cucumbers;
- - 1 bell pepper;
- - 1 red onion;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- - a bunch of cilantro;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of balsamic vinegar;
- - chili peppers, sesame seeds.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the beef tongue in advance, peel it from the films. Cool completely. Then cut your tongue into thin strips. Peel the cloves of garlic, chop finely or use a garlic press, send to the chopped tongue.
Step 2
Combine balsamic vinegar with sesame oil and soy sauce. Pour the beef tongue with garlic with this fragrant mixture, stir.
Step 3
Peel the onion, cut thinly lengthwise, rinse the fresh cucumbers, cut into thick enough cubes, peel the bell pepper from seeds, cut into strips. Add all these ingredients to the tongue, mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Rinse cilantro, chop. Chop the chili pepper, add a small amount to the salad so that it does not turn out very spicy. Instead of cilantro, you can add parsley or dill to your Chinese salad. It is advisable to let the salad brew for half an hour. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds. You can serve it as a full meal or as a snack, in addition, boiled rice can be served with such a salad as a side dish.
