Salad recipe "Improvisation"

To prepare the original "Improvis" salad with pork tongue, you need to take:

- 1 boiled pork tongue;

- 200 g of fresh mushrooms;

- 1 boiled potato;

- 1 boiled carrot;

- 2 fresh cucumbers;

- 2 tbsp. l. capers;

- 2 hard-boiled eggs;

- 150 g of cheese (Russian, Poshekhonsky or Dutch);

- mayonnaise;

- vegetable oil;

- greens;

- pepper;

- salt.

Wipe the mushrooms thoroughly with a damp towel or napkin, peel, cut into slices and, with salt, fry in a pan with vegetable oil.

Cut all other ingredients into small cubes or thin strips. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Take a large flat dish and, leaving a place in the center, put prepared foods in a circle in separate slides: boiled tongue, carrots, potatoes and eggs, fried mushrooms, cheese.

A spicy feature of "Improvisation" is that each guest at the table can make a salad from the proposed ingredients to their liking.

Place the cucumbers in the center of the dish, and fill the remaining free center of the ring with mayonnaise. Salt and pepper the salad prepared in this way, garnish with capers and finely chopped herbs.

How to Make Pork Tongue Macedonian Salad

To prepare Macedonian salad you will need:

- 200 g of pork tongue;

- 200 g chicken fillet;

- 200 g of ham;

- 300 g of mushrooms;

- 50 ml of vegetable oil;

- 30 g of mustard;

- 20 ml of vinegar;

- black pepper;

- salt.

Pork tongue is cooked from 1, 5 to 3 hours. It depends on the age of the language. After cooking, it must be peeled. To do this, the newly cooked tongue must be placed in cold water, after which the film can be easily removed.

Boil chicken fillet, pork tongue and mushrooms separately. Then refrigerate, peel the tongue and cut everything into thin strips. Add chopped ham, pepper, salt and mix well.

Make a dressing sauce. To do this, mix vegetable oil with vinegar and prepared mustard. Place the salad in a deep salad bowl and pour over the sauce.

Fantasy salad recipe

To make the Fantasy salad, one of the ingredients of which is pork tongue, you will need:

- 500 g of boiled pork tongue;

- 300 g stalked celery;

- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;

- 1 tbsp. l. fruit vinegar;

- 2 tsp Sahara;

- 300 g of young potatoes;

- 2 fresh cucumbers;

- 2 pickled cucumbers;

- 100 g of hard cheese;

- 50 g of radish sprouts;

- ground black pepper;

- salt.

Peel the celery stalks and cut them into thin strips. Combine vegetable oil, fruit vinegar, granulated sugar and some salt. Then pour the prepared celery with the resulting mixture and let it brew for half an hour. Then fold it over a sieve.

If desired, in the "Fantasy" salad, pork tongue can be replaced with beef tongue.

Boil young potatoes, cool, peel and cut into strips. Cut the pork tongue, fresh and pickled cucumbers into the same strips, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Then stir the tongue, potatoes, cucumbers and celery in a deep bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir and place in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with grated cheese and young radish sprouts on top.
