Delicious salad with beef tongue

Ingredients:

- 400 g of boiled beef tongue;

- 2 chicken eggs;

- 200 g of sweet tomatoes;

- small onion;

- pickle;

- 2 green lettuce leaves;

- 25 ml of apple cider vinegar;

- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper;

- salt;

- 100 g of mayonnaise;

- parsley leaves for decoration.

Peel, finely chop the onion and marinate in vinegar for 10 minutes, then squeeze. Cut the boiled tongue, tomatoes and pickled cucumber into thin strips. Boil hard-boiled eggs for 8-9 minutes, cover with ice water, peel and chop finely with a knife. Mix prepared snack ingredients, season with mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste. Line a flat dish with lettuce leaves, slide the lettuce over it, and garnish the top with parsley leaves.

Hearty beef tongue salad

Ingredients:

- 1 boiled beef tongue (500 g);

- 2 potatoes;

- 1 bell pepper;

- 3 medium cucumbers;

- 3 green onion feathers;

- 200 g of small pickled mushrooms (without liquid);

- 40 g sour cream;

- 40 g of mayonnaise;

- 1/3 tsp ground allspice;

- salt.

Boil potatoes until soft, peel off. Cut the boiled vegetable and fresh cucumbers into cubes with a side of 1 cm. Peel the bell pepper from the seeds, cut it into strips, like the beef tongue. Remove the husk from the onion and chop it. Combine all products in a large salad bowl, add honey mushrooms whole or cut into longitudinal slices. Whisk sour cream with mayonnaise, pour over the salad, sprinkle with pepper, mix gently and add salt, if necessary.

Chinese salad with beef tongue

Ingredients:

- 1 medium boiled beef tongue;

- 1 long-fruit cucumber or 2 regular cucumbers;

- 1 red bell pepper;

- 1 red onion;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 50 g of cilantro;

- 70 ml of soy sauce;

- 100 ml of sesame oil;

- 1/4 tsp. ground dried chili and star anise seeds;

- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds.

Slice the beef tongue, peeled onion, bell pepper and cucumber into thick strips. Chop or tear the cilantro coarsely with your fingers. Grate or crush the garlic cloves in a mortar. Place the ingredients in a deep glass bowl and toss with the soy sauce and sesame oil mixture.

Season the Chinese Tongue Salad with the specified spices and stir well. Heat the sesame seeds in a dry skillet, stirring constantly, and sprinkle with an oriental snack.
